For every new customer we can successfully supply under our favorable conditions, you will receive a credit of 50 euros to your contract account. All you need is your contract account number. The new customer enters it in the field "I was referred by an existing customer" during our online ordering process.
FAQs
The new customer you refer must place their order for electricity, gas, or heating electricity through our website. Ordering through other platforms is not possible. During the order process, on the "Personal data" page, the newly referred customer must choose the option "I was referred by an existing customer". They must confirm this selection with "Yes" and then enter your contract account number in the field provided.
Yes. Referrals are unlimited. You will receive a gross credit of 50 euros for every newly referred customer whom we can successfully supply.
Yes. Your contract account number will still be recognized if, for example, you receive electricity from Grünwelt Energie and refer a new gas customer to us. The new customer then enters your contract account number during the ordering process for their gas contract.
Please understand that we need your contract account number already when the referred customer places the order, and for technical reasons we cannot accept information submitted later. Please therefore make sure that the referred new customer enters your contract account number in the designated field during the order process.
You will receive your gross credit of 50 euros four weeks after the referred customer starts receiving electricity or gas supply. The credit is applied to your contract account and automatically offset against the next scheduled payment.
Because we apply the reward as a credit to your contract account, only active customers who are receiving electricity or gas from us at the time of the referral can refer a new customer.
