Fossil and nuclear energy sources are finite. That is why we rely exclusively on renewable energy for our customers in order to secure a sustainable energy future.

In Germany, more than half of electricity already comes from renewable sources. However, further efforts are still needed to achieve a fully CO₂-neutral energy supply. To that end, we consistently reduce our dependence on environmentally harmful resources such as coal, gas, oil and nuclear power, and supply our customers exclusively with TÜV NORD-certified green electricity from solar, wind and hydropower, with CO₂ emissions offset through climate protection projects. We also invest in our own wind and solar plants in Germany and Europe, thereby further supporting the expansion of renewable energy sources.
