Grünwelt Energie was named “Germany's Price King” by BILD in cooperation with ServiceValue. In the current study of 68 energy suppliers, Grünwelt Energie impressed with outstanding value for money and was thus awarded the rating “Top Value for Money”.

In the study “Electricity suppliers 2024”, the German Society for Consumer Studies tested 30 German electricity suppliers on the factors price, service and website. In the green electricity supplier category, Grünwelt takes 1st place.
Savings Champion
In the “Savings Champion” study, the customers surveyed by NTV and the German Institute for Service Quality voted Grünwelt Energie 1st place in the overall ranking of the “Electricity suppliers” category.
Highest Recommendation Rate
In the current study “recommended by customers” by Focus Money and ServiceValue, Grünwelt was awarded the rating “Highest Recommendation Rate”.
Highest Customer Satisfaction
Which suppliers ensure especially satisfied customers was examined by ServiceValue in cooperation with FOCUS MONEY for the current study “Highest Customer Satisfaction 2024”. In total, more than 267,000 consumer responses on 1,527 companies and brands from 72 industries were evaluated. Grünwelt Energie received the top mark “highest customer satisfaction”.
Highest Recommendation
In cooperation with BILD (02/2024), ServiceValue determined the respective ratio of recommendation to advising against based on around 556,000 consumer verdicts on a total of 2,363 companies from 158 industries. Grünwelt Energie was awarded the rating HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION by its customers for the “Energy supplier – eco” industry.
Very High Corporate Responsibility
In cooperation with WELT, ServiceValue surveyed executives and incorporated around 172,500 of their verdicts into the current study “Corporate Responsibility”. Grünwelt Energie was awarded No. 1 – very high responsibility in the “Energy supplier” industry.
Best Service
Der Tagesspiegel and ServiceValue jointly evaluated 865 companies from 50 industries based on more than 100,000 consumer verdicts and awarded Grünwelt the rating “Best Service”.
Service Champion
In the “Service Champion” study, the customers surveyed by the newspaper WELT (10/2023) and the ServiceValue institute particularly distinguished Grünwelt Energie for its perceived customer service in the “Green electricity and eco gas supplier” category. With an above-average Service Experience Score (SES), Grünwelt Energie achieves a gold medal rank in the overall ranking of all 5,000 companies.
Outstanding Green Electricity Supplier
In October 2023, the German Society for Consumer Studies examined a total of 24 green electricity suppliers. In the quality test “Prices, tariffs & service”, Grünwelt impressed the testers and was awarded the rating “Outstanding Green Electricity Supplier”.
Germany's Price King
In the comparative test by ServiceValue GmbH and the newspaper BILD, Grünwelt Energie received the award “TOP Value for Money” in a customer survey in 09/2023. Compared with 57 energy suppliers, Grünwelt Energie impressed not only with a comparatively low price but also with high product quality.
Savings Champions 2023
In the “Savings Champion” study, the customers surveyed by NTV and the German Institute for Service Quality, in a meta-analysis of recent years, voted Grünwelt Energie into the top 1–3 of the overall ranking of the “Consistently affordable suppliers” category.
Highest Customer Satisfaction
In issue 9/2023, Focus Money examined the customer satisfaction of a total of 33 electricity suppliers. Among the 8 best suppliers, which stood out for above-average satisfaction, Grünwelt Energie secured one of the leading positions and thus received the top mark “highest customer satisfaction”.
TÜV-Certified Green Electricity Product
In autumn 2022, TÜV NORD reviewed our green electricity tariff and, after successful certification, awarded the rating “Certified Green Electricity Product”.
Very High Recommendation
In the comparative test by ServiceValue GmbH, Grünwelt Energie was awarded “Very High Recommendation” in a customer survey in 02/2023. Compared with 43 energy suppliers, Grünwelt Energie impressed.
CO₂-Neutral Website
Our certification supports global CO₂ neutralisation work. Investments are made in projects to reduce CO₂ emissions and sustainable facilities such as wind power and photovoltaic plants are built.
