How the Grünwelt Foundation works
The Grünwelt-Stiftung gGmbH (charitable foundation) has been responsible for coordinating and carrying out all charitable activities of the Grünwelt group of companies since December 2018. As a charitable GmbH, it does not pursue any profit-making intentions and can use its earnings exclusively for charitable purposes.
Grünwelt Wärmestrom GmbH has been regularly committed to projects in the field of development aid and environmental protection since 2015. As an energy supplier, we as a company thereby fulfil our special responsibility towards the environment and society.
Since December 2018, these activities have been brought together by the Grünwelt-Stiftung gGmbH. The charitable Grünwelt Foundation takes care of the planning, coordination and implementation of all donation activities and support measures that serve the goal of environmental protection and development aid.

Customers of Grünwelt Wärmestrom GmbH not only receive sustainable electricity, but are also part of a sustainable commitment to the environment and society. Together, customers and Grünwelt Wärmestrom GmbH thereby set an example for climate protection and social engagement for people in need.
Our sustainable commitment
Our green electricity comes 100% from environmentally friendly energy sources such as hydropower and is therefore free from finite energy sources such as coal, gas or nuclear power.
